Rachel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and furthered her education through the accelerated Paralegal Training Program at the University of California, Los Angeles, earning her certification as a paralegal. Her combined background in communications and legal training ensures a high level of precision, compliance, and clarity throughout each transaction.

Her professional experience spans brand development, luxury sales, and hospitality, where she managed operations within Forbes Five-Star-rated spa environments, overseeing high-performing teams and multimillion-dollar service portfolios. She has been recognized with multiple sales awards for performance, client retention, and revenue growth. In addition, she has supported managing partners and executive teams within law firms, further strengthening her discretion, organization, and ability to manage complex workflows.

Rachel most recently served as Director of Operations and Transaction Coordinator for a top 1.5% team, where she managed complex real estate operations and transactions. This experience provided her with invaluable insight into every stage of the real estate process and strengthened her passion for representing both buyers and sellers. Today, she combines her operational expertise and transaction knowledge to deliver a seamless, client-focused experience with precision and integrity.

Raised in California's Central Valley within a multi-generational real estate and cattle ranching family, Rachel developed a strong foundation in the industry. She began her career specializing in farm, ranch, and recreational properties, gaining hands-on experience in land valuation, negotiations, and complex transactions under the mentorship of her father — a multi-generational cattle rancher, land expert, and the former Managing Broker of California with Hayden Outdoors, a leading national land brokerage.

Having lived along both California's Central and South Coasts for over two decades, Rachel offers a deep understanding of coastal and luxury markets. Outside of her professional work, Rachel enjoys gourmet cooking and baking with ingredients from her home garden, enjoying live music events, and spending time in nature.
